Mr. Kepkep has been a management consultant since 1997. Kepkep specializes in strategy, organization and reengineering projects for midsize firms and family businesses. Working closely with top management, he helps businesses develop and implement strategies, resulting in increased profitability and an effective organization.
AllianceOptima was founded in 2005 in order to help businesses achieve their financial, operational and organizational goals.
Prior to founding AllianceOptima in 2005, Mr. Kepkep worked at global consulting firms in New York and Boston. At Mitchell Madison Group and Mercer Management Consulting, he managed and participated in many projects for Fortune 100 companies such as Xerox, Prudential and American Express.
Kepkep also gained substantial hands-on experience in building and running a start-up business at Zeborg, a software/consulting firm backed by Willis,Stein & Partners and American Express, later acquired by Emptoris. At Zeborg, he worked with the executive team to create and implement a corporate infrastructure.
Kepkep holds an MSE in Systems Engineering/Operations Management, a BSE in Systems Engineering and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the curriculum for a BS in Economics degree at the Wharton School.
Mr. Kepkep, an alumnus of Deutsche Schule Istanbul, is fluent in English, German and Turkish.
